Purpose of the Elevate Adolescence Program (EAP) EAP Facilitator Training Workshops
The purpose of our two-part Elevate Adolescence Program (EAP) Facilitator Training Workshops is to equip facilitators, mentors, counselors, and youth leaders with the tools, confidence, and character-driven framework to effectively deliver youth-centric programs in their communities.
These workshops are designed to prepare facilitators to navigate program content in general using our programs as a sample and create transformational spaces where youth feel seen, safe, and inspired to grow. We train facilitators to lead with empathy, cultural awareness, and developmental insight so they can authentically and impactfully support students through the complex journey of adolescence.
Key Objectives of the Training:
-
Understand the Program Framework
Learn the Elevate Adolescence model's pillars- Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, and Autonomously Led Thinking—and how these support holistic adolescent development. -
Develop Facilitation Skills
Practice group management, trauma-informed responses, reflective dialogue techniques, and strategies for fostering emotionally safe environments. -
Build Confidence with Curriculum Delivery
Receive in-depth training on how to deliver each session, adapt content for different groups, and respond to real-time challenges with grace and clarity. -
Cultivate Character-Based Leadership
We model the core traits we teach—empathy, integrity, humility, discipline, and respect—so facilitators can lead by example and build meaningful rapport with youth. -
Create Community Among Facilitators
Connect with a network of like-minded leaders committed to youth empowerment and character formation. Share insights, stories, and support as we grow together.
