Ages 10–14 | Middle School Youth Prevention Education

Meet the Facilitator: Salma Sarhan

Salma is passionate about working with youth and helping young people recognize their potential and build hopeful futures. With over five years of experience working with youth in a variety of capacities, she is committed to creating supportive spaces where young people feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. With a background in biology, research, and healthcare, Salma brings a unique perspective to her work and hopes to use her experiences to uplift the next generation and help them grow with confidence, purpose, and hope.

My time working with middle school girls at RCM has been especially impactful—it helped me learn how to engage young minds, uplift their confidence, and encourage them to become the best version of themselves. I carry these experiences with me into every opportunity, and they continue to shape my commitment to both education and healthcare.
