Meet Muniba Anwar
Program Facilitator
Muniba Anwar is currently pursuing a degree in Public Health at Georgia State University. After graduation, she plans to earn both Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in Health Administration, with the goal of practicing health law and advocating for individuals impacted by the very systems meant to protect them.
Her passion lies in using the law to promote accountability, advance justice, and help build more equitable and supportive systems. Her role as a Program Facilitator aligns closely with her commitment to leadership, mentorship, and youth empowerment. Muniba’s experience includes serving as an Intake Intern at the Georgia Justice Project, where she supported individuals involved in the criminal legal system, and volunteering with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, assisting those facing housing instability and domestic violence. These roles have strengthened her ability to lead with empathy, adaptability, and care. As a facilitator, Muniba aims to help students build confidence, strengthen their emotional awareness, and explore their leadership potential. She believes true leadership begins from within and looks forward to helping youth develop a strong sense of identity and purpose that extends far beyond the program.
